Katharine L. Morningstar Scholarship for Non-traditional Students

The purpose of the Katharine L. Morningstar Scholarship for Non-traditional Students at The University of Montana is to provide an annual award to a non-traditional student with preference given to those from Madison County. Second preference should be given to any student from an accredited Montana high school, but note that a new Madison County student shall be given preference over any non-Madison County student who is applying to renew their award. The recipient must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours, be working progressively toward a planned degree program, have a minimum grade point average of 2.5, and must maintain that same grade point average to qualify for renewal.
