Rock and Janeil Perkins Scholarship

The Fund shall provide scholarships at the University of Montana for business students who are graduates of Montana high schools. Scholarship recipients shall be selected based on merit. Preference shall be given to students who are residents of Montana agricultural communities with populations of less than 5,000.
