Dennis and Phyllis Washington Presidential Scholarship

The purpose of the Dennis and Phyllis Washington Presidential Scholarship is to provide stipends that will be awarded based on character, ability and academic performance. Recipients will have the opportunity to renew the scholarship for three additional years provided good academic standards are maintained.
