Marcia Vollmer Pharmacy Scholarship

The Fund shall be used to provide scholarships for students who are enrolled in the Skaggs School of Pharmacy in the College of Health at The University of Montana. Preference shall be given to students who are economically challenged to attend college; however, recipients are not required to qualify for financial aid as determined by the Office of Financial Aid need-analysis. Additionally, preference shall be given to students who have demonstrated leadership skills and community service. Qualified applicants must be in good academic standing, though it is not imperative that they are top academic performers. The Skaggs School of Pharmacy Scholarship Selection Committee shall determine the amounts of the scholarship awards and the recipients. However, one meaningful award rather than several smaller awards is preferred. This scholarship is renewable provided the recipients reapply each year and continue to meet the above criteria.
