Colonel Tom and Frances Davis Scholarship

The purpose of the Colonel Tom and Frances Davis Scholarship is to provide an annual award to a junior or senior enrolled in the ROTC Military Science Program at the University of Montana. Recipient must exhibit academic excellence and cannot be the recipient of an Army ROTC Scholarship. The award is renewable.
