The Fund will provide scholarships to University of Montana undergraduate and graduate students in the Phyllis J. Washington College of Education according to the following guidelines: Recipient selection: First-generation undergraduate or graduate students in any degree program at the Phyllis J. Washington College of Education. Recipients must have a grade point average of a 2.8 or higher
