Phillip Blackgoat Memorial Scholarship

The Fund will provide scholarships to University of Montana undergraduate or graduate students in the School of Visual and Media Arts according to the following guidelines: Students in the School of Visual and Media Arts. Preference may be given to students who are enrolled members of an American Indian Tribe.
