Charlie and Charlotte S. Oliver Presidential Scholarship

The purpose of the Charlie and Charlotte S. Oliver Presidential Scholarship is to provide annual scholarships. The stipends will be awarded based on character, ability, and academic performance. A recipient will have the opportunity to renew the scholarship for three more years provided good academic standards are maintained. The award may be used toward tuition, fees, books, room, board, and living expenses.
