Darrel and Elsie Minifie Scholarship

The purpose of the Darrel and Elsie Minifie Scholarship is to provide scholarships for students at the University of Montana who meet the following criteria:
* graduate students in the Phyllis J. Washington College of Education pursuing licensure or advanced coursework with a primary focus in special education;
* have professional goals of teaching in a collaborative educational environment where educational prevention and intervention are guided by evidenced-based practices;
* reside in Montana and are committed to teaching in Montana upon completion of graduate program, and
* have and/or will maintain a graduate grade point average of 3.5 or above.
