Shawn L. Leonard Memorial Scholarship

The Fund will provide scholarships to University of Montana undergraduate students in the Information Technology Program at the Missoula College according to the following guidelines: Non-traditional students (as defined by the University of Montana Office of Admissions) who have completed high school at least three years ago and who are majoring in Network Administration and Security or Programming and App Development. Recipients must be enrolled at the Missoula College, in good standing and have financial need (Pell Grant eligible) as determined by the Financial Aid Office, or its equivalent in existence at the time of the award. In order to be considered for the Shawn L. Leonard Memorial Scholarship, applicants must submit an essay that addresses the following question: Please elaborate about a difficulty or hardship you had to overcome (i.e. scholastically, physically or emotionally) to make it to Missoula College.
