Sally and Tom Daer Scholarship in Elementary Education

The Fund will provide scholarships to University of Montana undergraduate students in the Phyllis J. Washington College of Education according to the following guidelines:

Recipient selection: Students who are majoring in elementary education and who have financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office or its equivalent in existence at the time of the award. Preference will be given to Montana residents
