Briscoe-Gray Memorial Scholarship

The Fund shall provide an annual award to a student with demonstrated leadership qualities. Equal consideration should also be given to the applicants’ grades. Preference shall be given to students from Cascade County majoring in the areas of liberal arts, forestry, business administration or wildlife management. Recipients must have financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid need-analysis.
