George and Margaret Sarsfield Scholarship - IPAT

The purpose of the George P. and Margaret D. Sarsfield Scholarship is to provide support to needy and deserving students. One-half of the annual award is for students majoring in law, and one-half is for students majoring in health and human performance. If either of these programs cease to exist, that half of the award should be given to a student majoring in fine arts.
