Carl L. Franklin Memorial Scholarship

The Fund will provide scholarships to University of Montana professional students in the Skaggs School of Pharmacy according to the following guidelines: Special consideration shall be given for incoming Skaggs School of Pharmacy students who: (1) are members of groups that are under-represented in the University of Montana student body population (2) have overcome obstacles such as socioeconomic or educational disadvantage, or who are the first generation in their family to attend college.
