The purpose of the Minnie Spurgin Fullam/MMUN Scholarship is to be used to provide scholarships for first time new freshmen at The University of Montana who were selected for a Top Senior award at the Montana Model United Nations Conference for High School students held in November 2022 at the University of Montana
